This fund was established by a generous donation from Ginny Walter- Thompson, a founding Whitley County YMCA board member. Its purpose is to offer swimming lessons to 3rd graders in Whitley County. The free 6 week swim lesson is offered to every 3rd grader in Whitley County as a field trip and covered by this endowment.
