This award was first given in 1975 to honor Tina Parker, a Columbia City student who died of Leukemia at 15 years of age. The Tina Parker Award is given to the best female athletes, voted on by their teammates, in each sport. The overall female athlete, as voted on by the all of the coaches, will receive the Parker Tray.
