This scholarship was established by family and friends in memory of Tiffany Parker, a student at from Columbia City High School and a sophomore at Indiana University. 
The scholarship goes to a senior graduating from Columbia City High School planning to pursue a post-secondary degree. The individual must show a commitment to goals and education.
