This scholarship goes to an outstanding senior from the instrumental music department at Columbia City High School. The student must have been a four-year band member and plan to major in instrumental music at college. The recipient must have a C+ average in all classes. If no student meets the criteria, any student meeting other requirements may be selected. The Music Department at Columbia City High School will meet and vote on recipient.
