This fund was established by Don Armstrong to help with the ever changing community needs and that the earnings from this fund will be directed to wherever the need is the greatest. Grants from Unrestricted Funds are available by application and are awarded at the recommendation of the Grants Committee and acceptance of the Board of Directors.
